Being part of a community of motivated, like-minded scholars is something I’m looking forward to, and I’m eager to learn from others while sharing my own experiences. I’m particularly interested in the ethical and economic pressures farmers face. This hits close to home for me because my family raises chickens and goats, keeps a garden, and sells produce during the summer.
